First Download  And Install JavaDownload
Then Download KEmulator Lite
Download

Exctract The Zip File
Open KEmulator.exe

Now you will find a screen
Click On Midlet

Click Load Jar And Select Your Application

Now you can run your favorate mobile app on pc
